Tim,

Are there more than PAP2T and RT31P2 from Cisco
that VOIPo will officially support as a Managed ATA on
a Reseller Account?

Putting the RT31P2 into https://reseller.voipwelcome.com/hardware/configure as "Provision My Device" will list the device under the account on the Account Page, and I can see selecting Reboot seems to reboot the device. I also see reboot waits until the user hangs up. It seems to get queued to complete a reboot.

The RT31P2 does not seem to become managed or locked that I can tell.

The https://reseller.voipwelcome.com/hardware/configure link has a stub for "Give Me Proxy Settings".
Are these settings intended to be different from the settings listed on the account already?

I also see https://reseller.voipwelcome.com/hardware/purchase
for ordering hardware lists accounts I have created and canceled.

Surely hardware cannot be ordered via this interface as there is no https://reseller.voipwelcome.com/billing/update page or a means to charge a real credit card- at least not for my setup I am testing.

Right now we're only going to "officially" support PAP2/PAP2T and RT31P2 since those are the devices we've used in production.

Is it not provisioning it? It should be the same as our system.

No these are just to consolidate all hardware management/provisioning in one place. It's basically the BYOD credentials that you'd use to configure a different brand of device.

It is not a locked device - could it be that while I experimented unlocked, I changed the admin password?

The menus did not seem really advanced to me as I expected - did not see a good way as BYOD to assign a port number - it just defaulted to 5060 and 5061.
