How can I reconfig a clients router if He/She no longer wishes to have service?

I hope along with managed RT31P2s they expand buttons:

Resync Devices | Reboot Devices

to

Resync Devices | Reboot Devices | Provision Devices | Unlock/Clear

(Not sure exactly what Resync does?)

Unlock may not be a viable option for Voipo-provided devices, but if the model is to allow resellers to 'lock' BYOD PAP2T-NA devices (similar to Voicepulse option), an unlock/clear button would be useful. Will resellers have access to the admin passwords of their customers' ATAs?

Resync just forces a re-provision right then rather than waiting for the scheduled one. So if something in provisioning is changed, you may want to have it pick up the changes right then and there.

Reboot just reboots it which is sometimes needed.

Yes, since resellers are purchasing the devices from us and we're not providing them for free, they will own them and can do whatever they want with them. They do NOT need to be returned to us.

With our direct residential service, they are provided free which is why we require them to be returned, etc.

We recommend reseller adopt a similar policy of NOT selling them and just providing them for free and requiring them to be returned before a cancellation is processed. That way you can recycle them with another customer. This is how it's been done forever with cable companies & cable boxes, etc.

But HOW would we change the settings for the new customer?
