Create an Account, there is an email notification.
Cancel an Account, there is an email notification.
That is great :)

1. What if?
What if the wrong account got canceled?
Can there be a 48 hour grace?
2. Alternate Idea.

Make the Cancel feature Suspend the DID for 48 hours,
then auto-delete if not re-enabled?

3. Lower Tech Idea.

Separate the list of Active, Canceled and Suspended
(Like you do with Transactions and Pending Transactions)

In the Active List only allow Suspend and Restore.
Put the Buttons at Extreme Left and Extreme Right.
In the Suspended List allow Cancel and Restore
Put the Buttons at Extreme Left and Extreme Right.

The Canceled List becomes a 'so-sad-too-bad' List.
VOIPo can charge a recovery fee for canceled account if retrievable.

My preference is Option 3.

Also on canceled accounts there needs to be a message like "Were sorry the number you have reached has been disconnected" or something. right now it goes to voicemail

1 And 2 is great. There should be a grace period JUST in case. However as a reseller you should suspend the service before canceling that way the client does have the notice. Canceled accounts still have it going to voicemail. Should it be doing this guys?
