every now and again while i am in the cp doing my thing i get sent to this page:

https://cp.voipwelcome.com/d911

and it tells me:

Exception Caught: You are not authorized to view this page!

I try to close the page and relogin but it keeps showing this page, any ideas of what i may be doing wrong or not doing.

Also I just got my box today and it is a bit confusing finding the box that i ordered for the reseller program being that it doesnt tell who box is who's with which number we assigned to them.

And lastly i keep getting a busy signal.

Any help from anyone who is already setup would be great thanks.

ok as far as the busy signal goes i figured that out what a doof! i am i didnt have any minutes assigned to it.

but a note: It is kinda confusing still with the mac addresses and numbers assigned.

as for the other issue i just turned off the box and the modem and restarted my whole network and it let me back in. phew!

This is a generic error and could be caused by a few things, but it's usually one of these:

1) Access a URL directly in the control panel instead of using the links.

2) Logging into multiple accounts without logging out of the first.

3) Using the back button

If it is, the fix is to logout so that it clears the session and then log back in.

If that doesn't resolve it for you, contact reseller@voipo.com for assistance.

Everything is done based on MAC address. Go to the Hardware tab and lookup the MAC address from the bottom of the device and it'll show what account it's assigned to.

You can also reassign the devices to different accounts by clicking on the MAC and selecting the accounts you want for each line of the device

Once you save those changes, reboot the device.
