View Full Version : Can't Connect VOIPo Number to VOIPo PBX

I'm new at this and likely doing something wrong. I've tried connecting VOIPo number to new VOIPo PBX. I can use my local phone to call out, but I can't call in. Outgoing calls from my Siemens Gigaset phone work but incoming calls to VOIPo number go directly to VOIPo voicemail; never make it to the PBX.

If you've made this work and can give me a step-by-step on exactly the settings I need, I'd appreciate it, as VOIPo hasn't responded yet to ticket opened yesterday and phone lines say they're busy.

Have you set up your Voipo number to point at the PBX?

Thanks for bringing this stupid-moment of mine to my attention. It wasn't clear to me even after reading the notes over and over again. It took a few days, but support finally answered me and I smacked my head against the wall.

Extensive testing shows this now works, but see my other post about the problems I've had with Caller-ID. Maybe I'm wrong, and maybe my focus group clients are wrong, but it doesn't work the way we expected.
