If I sign up for 2 years (149+36 185 total) but cancel after one year (as an example), how much of the 185 would be refunded?

Thanks for the info.

Unlike our competitors, we do offer prorated refunds and simply bill you for the months you used at the monthly rate. Many of our competitors offer no prorated refunds and some even charge hefty cancellation fees.

Within the first 30 days, we offer a full refund.

After 30 days, we offer prorated refunds based on the monthly price. So we'd simply calculate the number of months you used (rounding to full months) an then take the monthly price and multiple it by that number of months to calculate what you actually used. Then we'd subtract that from your prepayment to determine a refund.

So in your example, if you cancel after 12 months, you would have used 12 months at the monthly rate of $18 ($15 + $3 Tax/Fees) so we'd do 12 x $18 which would be $216. We would then subtract $216 from any prepayment to calculate the refund. In your example, no refund would be due.

For another example, if someone cancels after 3 months, it would look like this:

$185 Paid (Example)
3 Months Used @ $18 = $54
-----
$131 Refunded
