From this point on, we will replace any HT286's with issues with a 502 and will no longer be troubleshooting 286's.
Overall, the support savings of focusing on the HT502's outweighs the cost of replacing a few hundred 286's. Future features will only be tested on 502's now.
The HT502's are also more stable overall and have virtually no known issues.
If you are having a problem with a 286, please contact support@voipo.com to arrange for a replacement.
If you're not having any issues, there is no need to get a replacement. If you do run into issues though that we know to be device related, it is likely that we will just replace it instead of troubleshooting it regardless.
