I dont see any active issues with central01.
Please open a ticket for one of our network engineer staff to further investigate.
I'm wondering if there was a routing issue between me and central01's IP block.
When running a traceroute from the server to your IP, there appears to be an blocking/routing issue on hop #12 (P14-0-0.LCR-02.BSTNMA.verizon-gni.net).Quote:

That is interesting. I don't see that outbound. Asynchronous routing, I guess. This is verizon, so if you can pass me the traceroute, I will see what I can get from them...
