International Call Block for 809, 284 & 876 area codes

Does VOIPo's International Call Block feature block calls to 809, 284 and 876 area codes?

I recently learned about the Dominican Republic scam that has been going on and I want to make sure I can block the possibility of accidentally dialing any of these area codes. Here is more info: http://www.att.com/gen/press-room?pid=6045

Get really paranoid! Unless you have a specific reason to call one of these area codes, don't. They are primarily Caribbean and have been associated with schemes gouging US and Canadian customers.

242, 246, 264, 268, 284, 345, 441, 473, 649, 664, 670, 758, 767, 784, 787, 809, 829, 867, 868, 869, 876, 939

Wow, I didn't realize so many were associated with the scams. But will blocking International Calling block all of those "area codes"?

I thought the international call block only dealt with outbound calls. But who would know considering there is no documentation linked from the options page...
