Caller ID and DirecTV with PAP2T

Hi,

I have a PAP2T and have noticed that the caller id on my DirectTV does not work half the time. It does work occasionally. My Uniden phone always shows the caller id.

Is there a tweak in the voltage or frequency or something or other that can be made in the PAP2T to fix this?

It did seem to work with the Grandstream, and always worked with my Vonage adapter.

Edit: This should be a ticket, so I am opening one.

Update: Support updated the firmware on my PAP2T to 5.1.6. I just made 8 test calls, 4 from each of two different phones, and all 8 showed up fine on the DirecTV receiver. So, problem is probably solved. I will update if it occurs again.
