How Do I Set-Up Forum Private Thread Access as a Customer

I became a customer this past week. Set-up my ATA's yesterday (Friday). Made my settings in vPanel. Been testing system out. Felt good enough to forward my CallVantage numbers to my VOIPo temporary numbers, and may port them over sooner rather than later if the VOIPo system works well over the next two weeks, instead of waiting a month plus. I know the VOIPo system is still a work in progress, and things look promising so far. I want to contribute suggestions, and learn what has already been accomplished. But I cannot seem to figure out how to get Customer Access to the Private (for Customers Only) portion of the Forums.

Can someone please post in the Public Access portion of the Forums how a Customer gets access to the Private Access portion of the Forums.
