Both phone1 and 2 are solid green

Hi,

Before, the phone1 light is blinking if the phone is used. It is solid green if the phone is not used.

Now both of the phone1 & phone2 lights are solid green, it doesn't matter the phone is used or not.

Is it normal???

My adapter is RT31P2. Before, the phone 2 is always solid green it doesn't matter if the phone is in used. The phone1 is blinking if it is in used, solid green if it is not in used.

On my RT31P2 the 'Phone 1' light blinks when the phone is in use.

The front indicators should light up when their corresponding port registers and blink when that particular port is off hook.

I too am using the RT31P2: behavior on both lines is: when dial tone is heard, light blinks.
