Block calls marked as private vs block all "unknown" calls
What is the difference in these 2 options? What defines an "unknown" call?
Is there a download section with text files in 1 location with detailed info on the features (including beta)? Some are quite obvious but some are a little less so. :)
My only gripe (so far) is the lack of vPanel "help" info for the features.

I agree. The lack of instructions in the VPanel is a real problem.
