I signed up on Sunday. I completed the port forms & emailed them to support. They did send a tracking number for the modem. My question is when do they email a username or access to the control panel? I though I would get that right away? Thanks..

If you have already received shipping information, then your order was processed and approved so you should have already received the welcome e-mail as well. Check your spam folder to make sure it wasn't flagged and spam first. If it's still not there, please contact support@voipo.com or 877-99-VOIPO to have it resent.
