Here in Arizona and a few other locales, Daylight Savings Time isn't observed. However, there is no option to adjust that in your VPanel Display preferences. So during this part of the season, I have to switch it to Pacific, rather than Mountain, to compensate. Otherwise Caller ID is an hour later.
This appears to be a lack of forethought or incomplete programming.
Is a fix coming?
