I have a pap2 v2 that was locked to vonage and last night I got it unlocked but now I need help on getting correct settings inside for voipo.
The Voipo suggested settings for the PAP2T are here:

Not sure of the differences between the PAP2 and PAP2T, I would imagine the settings are similar.
I will try to post up the pap2 v2 screenshots to give little bit more help.
update I was able to get the adapter to register via sip setup but not provisioning rule setup.
what you need to do is:
put in for line 1 is:
Caller ID number: your voipo number
User Name: your voipo number
proxy server: sip.voipwelcome.com
Registrar Address: sip.voipwelcome.com
dial plan Digit Map: *xx.T|*1xx|[349]11|1xxx[1-9]xxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxT|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011x.T
but still getting busy signal when trying to dial in my new voipo number.
update I was finally got the incoming calling to work correctly.
