Hi guys, haven't been here in a looooong time :)
Service has been flawless !!
I am porting out one of my virtual numbers, and I submitted a ticket @ 6am. No reply yet, and I'm not worried, I'd just like to complete the port ASAP.
So if someone could take a look at Ticket ID: ZGH-970415 I would greatly appreciate it :)

I see it's in our porting queue (which is technically right). I just moved it to Customer Care so you should get a reply shortly. Porting queue is a little slower since those tickets are in line with ports to be submitted, etc and it takes longer to work through them.
