I'm sure this is a stupid question but is there a single place that shows what all the features are and what they do? For example what do blacklist and whitelist do? Again, that is just an example, I'm really looking for one place I can go to get all that kind of information.

I could not find anything explaining blacklist/whitelist in the help area. I use inbound/outbound call routes for my needs and don't use blacklist/whitelist at all. You'll need to ask support exactly what these features do....or maybe someone else here can help out.
