ata making high pittch sound.

After 4 years, my original voipo ATA died. Voipo replaced my pap2 with the ht502. When I plug it in, its making a really loud high pitch noise. It sounds like bad capasitors or cheap chinese batterys trying to charge. Has anyone else had this problem? The noise seems to be coming from the AC Adaptor, and not the ata.

That doesn't sound normal. E-mail me your VOIPO number at tim @ voipo.com and I'll have a replacement sent out. That may just be a bad ATA.
