Contacts / Custom Caller ID

Hi,

Just got the service today, all is working well.

One feature I want to work is to have custom caller ID info shown on my phones on incoming calls. I assume this is done with the contacts selection under features, where I enter the Caller ID I want to see, first and last names, and hit create contact, which then blanks out the fields and seems to have done nothing? I figured after that info was sent, I would then have an entry where I could tie the telephone # to that, but obviously I need to get past this first issue of saving a contact? Any help is appreciated.

I was using an apostrophe, like Carol's Cell. Looks like that was the problem.
