Is there any timeline set for the beta features, like call recording, to be implemented into resellers control panel?
It's something we plan to do eventually but there's no ETA. Likely will be done at the same time we release the new vPanel design for resellers.
There are also some other variables that complicate things that we have to figure out and consider. As an example Call Recording is very CPU and storage intensive so we'd have to figure out how to put that into reseller accounts since we're only being paid by resellers for the actual minute usage without marin for that whereas in our regular accounts we're paid a monthly/yearly fee where it averages out. We'd have to do some projections/math on it to see if we could offer it or if it'd need to be an addon/billable feature.

Then maybe resellers that wish to offer call recording pay for storage?
