voipo account registration

I cannot find in the Voipo website how to register for my account. It just says to enter you user name and password to log in. Nowhere it says how to register.
I find Voipo website to be not very user friendly at all. I just happened to find a youtube video in how to use the features since their website is pretty sparse.
Can anyone help???
