Cant get to advanced settings grandstream ht502 Why did voipo lock it???
Please tell me how to unlock this - I am furious after spending hours googling etc.

Voipo like any other provider that provides a device for their service has every right to lock down the device to protect their intellectual rights at the very least. If you want to play then purchase your own device and connect to the BYOD server.
