No, I have the exact same issue as you, I guess, but never had the options of Display, Advanced or Security (maybe a BYOD thing). Also my 'Devices' has moved from the Features tab to the Support tab and 'Devices' appears to indicate only the default of the Central Server.

L1 and L2 are still a different order.
Devices are back under the Features Tab.
