My voice mail indicator is still flashing from yesterday. I just power cycled the adapter 4:40pm Pacific time, hopefully it start working as intended.

My voice mail indicator is still flashing from yesterday. I just power cycled the adapter 4:40pm Pacific time, hopefully it start working as intended.
My blinking light and stutter tone and MWI are back, and I have zero messages.
We're going to get this resolved tomorrow. I'm not sure exactly why this keeps coming back, but we'll get to the bottom of it.Quote:

We moved back to the old scripts and thought it was resolved, but still seeing reports of issues.

Recalled VM cleared both messages and hung up - MWI flashes with stutter.
Called VM 0 new messages, hung up - MWI still flashing.
I had 5 messages, listened to them, deleted most and saved a couple. I have zero in my inbox now, but still have the MWI and stutter. I have not rebooted my ATA today. I am using the 502.
