*30 does not work on PAP2T. It just give you a busy signal when you dial *30 and 10-digit phone no.

This could be firmware related. Can you please open a ticket to get this looked into.

Also, I no longer get "Thank You" when I enable/disable DND via *23/*24. I simply get the fast busy. Has something changed?

Is there a list of actually supported remote (DTMF) star codes? Is the one listed here valid?

Most support documentation is almost always found on the "support" section of the respective company's public website. I suppose Voipo could put another tab or link in vPanel for support docs, which would simply point to the public site if they felt it was needed........

Correct, all available documentation is at http://www.voipo.com/help which is also accessible by clicking the Support link in the top nav menu of any page on our VOIPo.com site. The Star Codes are linked on the homepage of that as a "Featured Article" in the knowledgebase.

Once the new version of vPanel is released, new, more comprehensive documentation will be posted. It also has things like help bubbles you can mouseover with a description of functionality, etc.
