I just typed in my cell number in "Block Telemarketers" box for testing and clicked on "submit for inclusion" I see nowhere on the Vpanel on how to reinstate my cell number so that my cell won't be blocked.

Is there any list of rejected telemarketer calls so you know who is blocked?
A community list ... it seems some may become unintentional.
I've not had the courage to trust it.
