    Default Voice mail question

I received an e-mail that I had a voice mail which read
    Message From "Affiwwww Fedxxx" xxxyyy0808
I clicked on the xxxyyy0808 and got a message that I needed to launch an application I didn't have and there was a button to "Launch" I hit the "Launch" button and nothing happened.
I was able to get the Voice Mail by using 123 but I still want to know why I can't get the e-mail voice to work

It's actually a .Wav sound file, so it should open with whatever audio player you have on your computer.

I did a search for *.wav and it did not find a wav file for a couple days around when it was sent. There was no indication where to find the wav file in the e-mail. If it did not come with the e-mail, how can it get into my computer??

The *.wav should be saved as an attachment. It is possible that your email client did not download the *.wav or it was blocked. You did indicate in your first response that you clicked 'xxxyyy0808' - what was xxxyyy0808's file extension?

    * What browser are you using? If you're using Mozilla Firefox > Options > Applications > search for wav to see what application your browser is trying to use for *.wav
