Call waiting challenged

I'm having issues with my call waiting, and I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong (this is my first time having call waiting!). When a second call comes in, I hear the tone, and see the CWCID. I press flash, and am able to speak to the new caller. When I want to go back, though, I flash again, and all I hear is dead air, and so does the original caller, thus the original call is lost. Stranger still, sometimes when I hang up the phone completely, the line rings again, with only dead air again. Is there something else I should be doing, or should I open a trouble ticket? TIA!

Open a ticket on it. I know certain older versions of the PAP2 firmware had this issue, so a quick upgrade will likely fix.

All fixed - support updated my PAP2T to FW 5.1.6, and all is well. Thanks!
