    Exclamation Incoming call disconnected

    Perhaps this was related to the earlier outage, but today around 3:30 PM I called my home phone from my cell and was disconnected after 8 rings with a curt "good bye." Tried a couple of more times and got the same. Tried again around 4:30 and everything seems back to normal.
