    Default vPanel displaying nonexistent device

vPanel is displaying a 'phantom' HT502 as being registered on my account. It's also on an IP that is outside the range of my DHCP server settings. I don't have a HT502 in my house!

    Edit: ticket submitted

The public IP listed on it is our office test lab. Did you have anything pending with support they may have been testing and left it on for?

    Good morning, Tim.

    No, not to my knowledge.

I am seeing 3 registrations on vPanel. Two are the same, for port 5076, and one for port 5078. Usually I see two, one for each port.

Here's the explanation from VOIPo support:

The HT502 that I returned was installed in VOIPo's Houston office causing the 'phantom' registration.

How's that for a delivery confirmation!

Ok, then why am I still seeing 3 registrations for my box?

Edit: Support said I had a ghost configuration on there and they cleared it out for me. Back to normal.

Maybe someone from support can say here why I had one?
