voice drop out experienced today

Today I experienced voice dropouts on 2 calls within a several hour period. I am on the east coast. I could hear my party, but they could not hear me at all intermittantly. It was a complete(not choppy) drop out. I recently replaced the grandstream with the pap2t, but still have the grandstream here for a few more days.
The hours it was experienced was about 11am to 2pm est.
Anyone else experience this or any suggestions?

My dropout was slightly different. I was on a conference call with 10 other people. I could not hear anyone else on the call for about 45 seconds (I have no idea if they could hear me). I think it happened to me closer to 2:00PM EDT. I'm in Frederick, MD.
