SimulRing problems

I'm having some issues with SimulRing again. When someone calls me from a Verizon landline, my cell phone (Simul-number) isn't ringing. My VOIPo line rings, but the caller gets "your call cannot be completed as dialed" instead of voicemail if I don't answer.

I re-opened ticket #YRH-679780 about this. It might be beacuse I swapped the GS for a PAP2 (all provisioned) and I'm on a different server?

Testing from another cell phone is working - although I didn't test this before. I'll try the Verizon line in an hour or two.
