I see chat often available outsite the hours of operation. I too have not checked to see if chat is functional, but its great if ther are some available at the odd hours.


It says "Available 9AM - 9PM CST Mon-Fri"

Perhaps if it said "Chat fully staffed 9AM - 9PM CST Mon-Fri" it would prepare people for long hold times on the off-hours, but still offer hope to those who thought they were stuck waiting?

Email always feels like 24/7 (Or 31 as the kids call it!).
You could add a line underneath that says so if that is mostly accurate.
