I guess all the dead air and one-way audio and missing busy signals are consuming all the bandwidth. Anyway to return to the topic on hand ... does anyone know the answer to my question.

Russell, the answer to your question is, currently: no, however we have most of the implementation already setup for you to do this, so this is not too far away from you being able to do this.
