Block All Unknown Calls

I am new to Voipo and still learning about all of the features. What exactly does "Block All Unknown Calls" mean? I had the "block all calls marked as private" selected but they were still coming through.

In that case, block Unknown means all calls not in your Contact list under Contacts. So anyone not set up in it would be blocked.

We could probably improve the label so it's a little clearer.

That's what I thought it meant. I don't have anyone in my contacts list and I have set it to Block all unknown calls. I then called my home number with my cell and it went through.
