Virtual Number Question

I have two VOIPo lines. I was wondering if it would be possible to add the number on my second account as a Virtual Number to my first account, and then cancel the second account? Using the cloned line, I would still have two outgoing / incoming lines (on the first number) and be able to accept the occasional call from people calling the second number. I filed ticket JQG-251035 with the account information.

The changes have been made, however both ports do not ring when a call comes in; only port number one. My ticket has been updated to reflect this.
