put the DID on the end of your registration string like this:
user:secret@central01.voipwelcome.com/DID
Give up, use the PAP and deal with it.
Try another VOIP gateway/Soft-PBX app: (recommendations?)
Keep at it and tell me when you've got the bugs worked out w/Asterisk.
