    Default Call Route Question

Can I create a call route for an entire area code without having to use the DND?

I send an area to whitelist "734*"
I could just as easily send it to VM or Busy.

    Try something to this effect:

    800*******

That worked. Thank you. I didn't want to turn on DND & then have to whitelist a bunch of numbers.

Any time I did "734*", it would show as "734*******".
    Perhaps that has changed?

Kind of related question. Can we do the same while setting "Distinctive Ring"? e.g. Lets say I want everything from a particular exchange 410-334-**** have RingTone2.

On a related note, it would be nice to be able to define a Group as "Unknown" numbers -- not Unknown Contacts, which I assume is anyone not in Contacts, but those with Private or Unknown CIDs. We can currently block that group under Features, but we can't route it under Inbound Routing.
