VPanel - 'Support' Tab Broken?

I just tried to go to the 'Support" tab of Vpanel to see if there was any update info on my port request, and it's throwing an error on Firefox. Anyone else having a problem?

The tab may have been down for a few minutes due to some minor maintenance -- all should be well now.
