    Default Strange inbound problem

This morning I had a couple of calls that rang twice, but when I answered, I had dead air and the calls had gone to voicemail. It happened on both numbers associated with my ATA. I then tried calling myself from my cell phone. While the home phone rang, I heard no ringing from the cell phone, and when I answered, I got dead air. I rebooted the adapter, and all seems to be well now, so I'm not putting in a ticket. But has this happened to anyone else today?

Another odd thing is that my call history showed each of these dropped calls coming in twice at precisely the same time. It is as if the calls had been routed in from two VOIPo servers simultaneously. Any idea as to how that might happen?

I know earlier this morning we did some some latency to some ISPs connecting to Dallas, but re-routed around it before many reports came in.

This was likely related to that.

    Tim..

While you're here, is there some reason that calls are being duplicated in the call history listings. Few days now. You can take a look at mine if you want to see what I mean..

FWIW I do not see duplicates.
Call logs are separate for the 2nd line upgrade, so that should not be it ...
Maybe it is just your account?

Experiencing the same issue too. Mine configured as cloned line.

My initial guess was it is echoing both ports, but some calls show up as duplicate when viewed in "ALL" display, but not in "INCOMING" display.

While others show up as duplicate in BOTH display modes.

Even calls that come in via in.voipwelcome are shown as duplicates.

The duplicate call history is a result of the new simultaneous ring handling. This will be resolved shortly, thanks for your report, patience and cooperation!
