    Default Outage this AM?

    I live in the western PA region and within the past 15 minutes it appears the system may be having problems. Call will ring thru, but no voice on either end. No dial tone at home on the VOIPo system. I'm not at home to diagnose, but angry spouse called me on her cell phone to report.

    Support is very quiet this morning with nothing out of the ordinary reported service wise.

    Have you had her reboot the device?

    Thank you for the response. I will try to pop home later in day to investigate. She did say that all lights were green on the adapter, but I decided to defer on asking her to power down and re-start as she was running late for an appointment.
