Support is very quiet this morning with nothing out of the ordinary reported service wise.
Have you had her reboot the device?

Thank you for the response. I will try to pop home later in day to investigate. She did say that all lights were green on the adapter, but I decided to defer on asking her to power down and re-start as she was running late for an appointment.
