    Default Unable to recieve calls

    Anyone else having issues today? I thought maybe it was simul ring but I have disabled and reset the ata and still have the issue.

    If you RESET the ATA, it doesn't work anymore. The ATA has to be re-provisioning.

    I have no problems to make/receive calls. But the ATA did self-reboot at around 3:00PM.

    No problems here, if your ATA is behind a router you may need to reboot that as well. It never hurts to reboot everything - modem, router, ATA - in that order waiting 1 minute between each device.

    Oh, I got it working hours ago. I disabled simul ring and after a period of time it started working again.
