I followed the instructions at http://billing.voipo.com/knowledgeba...cleid=83&nav=0 to reset my vPanel password but the "Preferences" link does not existing in IE8 or Firefox 3.5 on Windows 7 or IE8 on Windows XP. I didn't test other browser versions.
In any event, the only way to get to the screen was to go directly to https://secure.voipo.com/preferences and then click "password" to get to https://secure.voipo.com/preferences/password.
Voipo needs to either fix the control panel so it displays Preferences or change the instructions.
Love the service so far. My number ported about 10 days after I submitted paperwork but I never got the confirmation for a scheduled date. My notification was the phone number no longer accepting incoming calls until I switched over to the Voipo hardware for my home phone.
