It appears also that 'Devices' under the Support tab always indicates the Central Server, even when you are not on it.

The Features/Preferences/Display, Features/Preferences/Advanced, and Features/Preferences/PIN menu items (respectively) are available on my vPanel.

The vPanel for my second line seems to have all the items it had before, but the vPanel for my main line no longer has Preferences under the Features tab.
I found Softphone/BYOD and Devices elsewhere, but I no longer have the Advanced, PIN, Display, and Password tabs available anywhere for the main line.
It would be nice if both the main line and second line vPanels had the same tabs, and contents, and were listed/displayed in the same order!
I guess I will contact support as I see no VOIPo general announcement concerning this issue.

I never noticed that. I have the Preferences under Features on my second line.
These menus are only missing from the primary line.
Perhaps some new bug on an upgraded second line affecting the first?

I upgraded to add a second line and ported two numbers over in early December, and both line's vPanels had all the same tabs and elements, but not always displayed in the same order. There were noticible differences.
I have not checked vPanel in a couple weeks, so I don't know when these tabs/items disappeared from my the main line vPanel.
