Still, these are missing from my vPanel except by using the quoted links.
Wondering if I'm now the only one?

No, I have the exact same issue as you, I guess, but never had the options of Display, Advanced or Security (maybe a BYOD thing). Also my 'Devices' has moved from the Features tab to the Support tab and 'Devices' appears to indicate only the default of the Central Server.

I can't keep track of the Tab order
L1 and L2 are still a different order.
Devices are back under the Features Tab.
