Outage this afternoon

Any information as to the cause? Could not get to the web site or vPanel from work, phone was down and it looks like it took my connection behind the ATA with it. I'll post more once I get home and reset the ATA.

edit: Failover was also not working. Just gave a busy with no rings.

The entire Softlayer Dallas facility was offline. Once we have the official response from them, we'll post info.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry, I didn't see the post. What's odd is the outage took out my internet connection through the ATA as well. Almost like it was hung and stopped routing. I had to reboot the ATA and the cable modem to restore service.
