New acct can't dial out-of-network
In my continued testing of the cradle-to-grave (excuse the expression) new account process, my test customer received his ATA yesterday, plugged it in, and it provisioned successfully within about 15 seconds (lights and dial-tone... check!)
However, they cannot make any outbound off-network calls (get busy signal). They can call in-network and receive both on and off-network calls, but only busy on outbound offnet.
I've checked the obvious on the account (limits, etc.), and nothing jumps out as being wrong. I opened a ticket yesterday (OVJ-96771
, but since it's the weekend, I figured I'd throw it out to the group to see if anyone has seen anything like it before.
