Thread: Virtual number missing

    Default Virtual number missing

    The free virtual number that has been assigned to my account since October is missing completely and when you call it says it has been disconnected. It still show up on my billing page though. Anyone else have a similar problem? I submitted a support ticket as well.

    edit: The number was working until at least 4:30pm EST.

    We just did an audit today to remove temporary virtual numbers assigned during number porting customers during the number port process. Some were not automatically removed in the past when the port completed. This is likely the issue.

    If you'd like to purchase a virtual number ($24/Yr or $3.95/Mo), we can still reactivate them.

    Thanks for the quick response, Tim. That's a bummer it isn't included. I had it for almost two months after the transfer and didn't realize it would go away. My old carrier took over 45 days to release my number and everyone was using the new virtual number for a while after we moved. Also, you may want to update the FAQ. It shows $2.95/month for virtual numbers.
